This course explores the essential Market Integrity Rules (MIRs) relevant to client advisers serving as Representatives of Market Participants within the Australian Securities Markets.
You qualify as a Representative of a Market Participant if you are:
- An Authorised Representative of the Market Participant
- An Employee of the Market Participant
- Any other individual acting on behalf of the Market Participant or a related corporate entity
